For 25 years, Phil has worked extensively in the management consulting and IT/BPO outsourcing industries for large corporations including: Accenture, Computer Sciences Corporation, TELUS and Siemens. Phil’s experience in the offshore outsourcing industry has included operations in the Philippines, India, Thailand, Russia, Mexico and Mercosur. Phil was an early adopter and pioneer entering the Philippine market in 2003; as it was still a small yet burgeoning offshore geography. In 2009, he launched NarraSoft and today serves as its CEO and President. He graduated from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. Phil lives in Cary, North Carolina with his wife Tonya and their two daughters, Britney and Kaitlyn.

Joseph spent the last 10 years in the gaming and film industry, being one of the pioneers who was part of the first Filipino made game. Having worked in both the gaming and film industry. Joseph has accumulated a range of skills mainly focusing on the graphic and management aspect of the industry. Joseph was involved in a number of published games one of which was with Ubisoft. Before going back to the gaming industry he worked at GMA7, Philippines number 1 local channel, as head of the 3D and animation department, being involved in a number of projects as the technical and art director. With a strong background in management having graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelors degree in Industrial Management Engineering. Joseph lives in Makati City in the Philippines.

Gaia Lising started her career as a designer for an advertising agency, but has always been fascinated about the web and digital technology. She delved into web development six years ago, and was immersed in the digital marketing industry for 3 years – she has not looked back since. She now works as Narrasoft’s Program Manager and manages a talented group of web, mobile, game, and software developers who share the same passion. She has recently picked up interest in business strategic planning and process development.

Lara started her career as a marketing specialist for an IT Services and Solutions company in the Philippines then later on ventured into business development for the same company. She also has experience in social media management and digital marketing. She graduated from Adamson University with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. Aside from these acquired skills, she is also very passionate about international rock bands and books.

Noelle has been a talent acquisition practitioner since 2011. She started off her recruitment career in the BPO sector, eventually transitioning into IT Recruitment and Executive Search. She has chosen to Specialize in talent acquisition for IT infrastructure, software and application services. She has worked alongside several clients across various industries both in the Philippines and in the US. Noelle joined NarraSoft with a conviction to acquire the best talents in the Philippines to showcase their competitive capabilities in the global market. She has earned her degree in BS Psychology and some graduate school units from the University of the Cordilleras. When Noelle isn’t busy recruiting, she spends her time geeking out on all things nerd including table-top and video games.

Maribeth graduated from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila majoring in BS Accountancy. She has an extensive experienced doing financial and accounting analysis for fast food industry. She spent eight years doing in depth accounting processes and methodologies for a large food chain store. For the past four years, she has been leading the accounting department of NarraSoft in providing correct and precise financial data for the company. Maribeth lives Manila in with her husband and four kids.
