Virtual Assistant


  • Conduct Lead Generation and establish solid database for prospect clients (LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Get content from the Marketing team and manage email campaigns
  • Create lists of contacts and organizations
  • Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Provide support to the team in scheduling and updating meetings
  • Scheduling meetings and sending follow ups to the prospect clients
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external


  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • LinkedIn account is a must
