NarraSoft has been in business for over 13 years, and since 2018, we have been committed to giving back to our community through philanthropy and corporate giving. As an outsourcing company, we are not only focused on delivering high-quality output and serving our clients, but also on caring for our people and the communities we serve.
Our Story:
Where NarraCares Began
Our journey toward corporate responsibility began with one
of our own.
Our VP of Business Units, Welnee Butterfield, completed her university degree through the support of Passerelle Numériques, a French non-profit organization that provides scholarships to underprivileged students.
That experience changed her life, and it shaped ours.
Welnee’s story became the seed of NarraCares, inspiring us to build a platform that would extend the same opportunity to others: a chance to learn, grow, and succeed through compassion and community.
Since 2019, NarraSoft has supported Passerelle Numériques Philippines by sponsoring scholarships for deserving students, many of whom have gone on to pursue careers in technology and digital arts, the very fields that define who we are as a company.
How We Give Back
What began as a single scholarship partnership has grown into a broader movement inside
NarraSoft, one that reflects our core belief that business and kindness can thrive together.

Our teams regularly volunteer, donate, and initiate acts of kindness inspired by their own experiences and passions.
One of our favorite moments came unexpectedly, when a stray kitten wandered into our company retreat and was adopted by one of our teammates.
That small act of care reminded us that compassion doesn’t always begin with a plan. Sometimes, it begins with a single act of love.
