Celebrating Our 10th year at Acuaverde Eco Resort

This past September 2019 marked NarraSoft’s tenth year in business! And to celebrate this exciting milestone, NarraSoft management invited all eighty employees to enjoy a celebratory weekend at Acuaverde, the beautiful beach eco-resort located in Laiya, Batangas! After a four hour drive and 148 kilometers (92 miles), we were finally there…WHEW! This is about the time it takes for a Grab to reach Ortigas from NAIA! 🙂

Although it was rainy season (and September is actually typhoon season in the Philippines), the weather ended up being absolutely perfect. The sun was shining, the temperature was an ideal 29 celsius (85 fahrenheit) and there wasn’t a single cloud in the sky. Mapulon was smiling on us that day! (Mapulon is the ancient Philippine goddess of seasons)

Weekend Team Building Activities

The weekend was filled with games and contests between employee teams. These team-building competitions were a ton of fun to watch and even more fun to participate in. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the warm ocean, riding banana boats at break-neck speeds, eating endless buffets and drinking San Migs Lights into the night by a bonfire. And of course, it would not be a Philippine party without KARAOKE!!

The weekend was a success and was enjoyed by all. It truly was an ideal way to celebrate ten years in business!
